Device states

A device can be in one of the following states:

• Initialization, the device has just been created and is waiting for the first communication;
• Active, the device works correctly and recives signals;
• Communication error, the device is not working properly, no signals are received. Databoom automatically creates a timeout rule for every new device, default setting checks that the device communicates at least once an hour, if not the device turns to Communication error state.
