Adding an OpenExchangeRates device
The page to add an OpenExchangeRates device is entirely analogous to the addition of a standard device one. The user needs to specify the type of the device and a description to proceed with device creation.
The created device is not owned by the user, but by the platform, using a subscription/sharing system. If the user chooses not to follow the device anymore, this will be available for all the oter users that added the same type of device.
